01Your licence
In line with these terms and conditions, we grant you a limited personal and commercial licence. It's non-exclusive, non-transferable, and we may revoke it at our discretion.
This licence lets you use our services and products for personal and commercial purposes, including in different media such as websites, videos and social media channels.
02Your account
Each customer is entitled to one account only. You agree not to share access to your account, or its login details, with anyone else.
03Ownership
Using our services or products doesn't give you ownership of, or any intellectual property rights in, our services or the products you access through our platform for a fee.
Redistributing or selling our products, stock videos or photos is strictly prohibited.
We may end your licence to use our products, stock videos and photos at any time and for any reason.
04Unauthorised resale
If our stock videos or photos are resold without authorisation, we will take legal action without prior notice and without first asking for the content to be removed from your services.
05Agreeing to these terms
